What we do
We acquire distressed real estate in Portugal and Spain, restore it, and sell it on through the market's own distribution channels.
1. Acquire
We source assets from public auctions, court-ordered sales, Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária) sales and negotiated sales. We buy properties directly or, where they are held by a company, acquire the shares or quotas of that company.
2. Refurbish
Each asset receives a technical assessment and a refurbishment plan. We contract independent contractors and subcontractors and supervise the works, budget and schedule.
3. Sell
Once complete, properties are offered to real estate companies and estate agencies for sale.

What we do not do
We are not an investment fund and do not raise capital from third parties. We are not a property portal and do not list properties to the general public. We do not provide financing to buyers.
