What we buy

- Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária) sales
- Court-ordered and insolvency sales
- Negotiated sales (private treaty)
- Direct off-market opportunities
What we look for
- Clear title or a clear route to regularise it
- Identifiable and quantifiable encumbrances
- Refurbishment or repositioning potential
- A realistic exit route through estate agencies
- Reasonable timeframe to close
What we normally do not pursue
- Assets with unresolved title disputes we cannot price
- Properties with unquantifiable environmental or structural liabilities
- Sellers who cannot evidence their identity or authority to sell
What we need to evaluate an opportunity
- Property or company identification (registry certificate / caderneta, or company certificate)
- Auction or process reference and dates
- Encumbrance and lien information
- Recent photographs and any technical reports
- The seller's or intermediary's contact details
